Terms of Use

These terms ("terms") govern use of COM Timesheet Tracker ("the app"), an internal tool of Commercial Welding LLC ("us", "we", "our"). By connecting the app to QuickBooks Online, you agree to these terms.

What the app does

COM Timesheet Tracker is a private internal application. It connects to Commercial Welding LLC’s QuickBooks Online company to retrieve time activities and related employee and company information so we can review hours for payroll and operations. It is not offered to the public and is not listed in the QuickBooks App Store.

How we use QuickBooks data

We use QuickBooks Online data only for that internal time-tracking purpose. We do not sell, lease, or share that data with third parties except as needed to run the app or as required by law. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information more generally.

Your license

We grant authorized Commercial Welding LLC staff a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for company business. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or use the app for any other purpose.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect the app at any time in QuickBooks Online under Apps (or Apps in QuickBooks settings). After disconnect, the app will no longer access your QuickBooks Online data. You can also email us and we will disconnect it.

Disclaimer

The app is provided as-is for internal use. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, Commercial Welding LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
