Why It Matters

1) Plug It
- Insert the plug side into the pipe ID.
- Seat the silicone seal inside the pipe.
- Confirm alignment at the joint.
2) Purge It
- Connect purge gas to the purge side fitting.
- Establish purge gas flow in the pipe.
- Verify purge coverage at the weld zone.
3) Weld It
- Weld with stable purge coverage for cleaner roots.
- Maintain purge while welding.
- High-temp silicone withstands welding heat exposure.
